Yoga provides the means to bring out the best in each individual. This requires an understanding of present condition, personal potential, appropriate goals, and means available. As each person is different, these will vary.
Private sessions may include detail of spinal movement, arm adaptations, leg tracking, as well as suggestions for home practice, breath practices, and meditation. Most sessions last about an hour and a half. A minimum of three sessions is recommended, but will vary based on personal intention and goals. |
